The cookies are always so good! I do think they are understaffed on weekends though. I the staff is so nice and I always try to give good tips since I can see them stressing under those really friendly smiles. Glad they know how to stay professional, make you feel welcome, and always provide great service!
Went in before 7 and they stopped selling pretzless wasn't even sorry there is no sign so if your open till9 you cook them till 9 prob will not go back and I love pretzless could spend a ton of $ just on them
I went in there this afternoon (monday about 4 pm) and NO EMPLOYEE was in there. The store was open and machines running, yet not a soul in there. I said hello and rang the bell, waited probably longer than I should have, and left. I cannot believe an employee would leave the store unoccupied like that. Will not be returning
Best place to stop and get a snack in the mall! Pretzels and hot dogs are fresh to order so I recommend calling a few minutes before you get there so the staff can get a head start so you don't have to wait :) got a cookie cake for my boyfriend for his 21st and he and our guests loved it! I come here often for sweets because it's pretty lit.
