Mike has travelled across the USA and Europe many times on cycling adventures and races.
I have had nothing but excellent service from Mike at Graycat. My Dad is an avid cyclist with Alzheimer's and Mike is very helpful in looking out for his special needs and lets me know when there is an issue that I need to address with my Dad. Also, he tuned up my new bike that I had bought online and treated me as if I had bought it from him.
I highly recommend Graycat for Beginners to Pro cyclists.
They seem pretty knowledgeable, and it's convenient having a place to stop by and get work done on your bike or pick up inner tubes, etc. The owners didn't seem excited to be there and were hesitant to help me.
Went to check out a local bike shop, and wasn't open during posted business hours advertised as open.
