It took about 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru which was entirely too slow but the staff were very friendly and the coffee was yummy. I just wish the coffee didn't taste so watered down at Starbucks since they are charging so much for a cup of coffee.
BEST Starbucks in the Hammond area!! Such sweet/funny personalities that work there, the line always gets through pretty quickly and they nail my drink every time. So helpful and consistent!! Keep it up!

Love the coffee and teas here. Hot, iced, and fraps. Service is fast, servers are friendly, and the products are wonderful.
By far, this is my favorite Starbucks. Many of the associates know me and my order. Occasionally when I decided to change my order up, they are on top of it and make it perfectly. When I was unsatisfied with the beverage they had made, they quickly and promptly remade it to my liking. The staff is very friendly and upbeat. Most of the staff has been at this Starbucks since it opened. As for the atmosphere, it is often crowded and a bit warm inside. I love the covered patio outside though and there are often not many people. I would recommend this Starbucks over the other ones in Hammond.
