Terrible. My 2017 Ford 250 tee weeks old. Ripped antenna off truck. The worker laughed and said it never happens. Told me they do not cover damage. Will definitely only make it known that this is just another fly by night low quality car wash pushing vehicles through.
I have no problem with the oil changers or the car washers/dryers. My problem is with the cashier inside. She is so rude and ALWAYS on her phone. She won't even look up from her phone when you are speaking to her. I really do not look forward to dealing with her when I go there, but she is always working the cash register.
Love them only problem is they need to work on the Windows better. Especially the front and back. Other than that very respectful appreciatived kind people
Fast and friendly, could have done withthe oil IN THE ENGINE INSTEAD OF ALL OVER IT.
Bought an exterior/interior wash for my truck. Specifically asked them to clean my wheels and while they did scrub them before the wash, they aren't clean after being wiped down. This wash is also supposed to include interior vacuuming. The floor in the back does not appear to have been touched with a vacuum. Also, the back seats of my truck were up going into the wash and they didn't bother to put them down to vacuum the seats or to pick up my center console and vacuum the middle seat up front. The main reason I went was to get the dog hair vacuumed off the seats. Waste of time and money.
