The services was good THAT was all that was good about this experience. My dad passed away in March 2014, I did all Services thru these people they always did our family. The company was supposed to be getting his Military Marker placed on his Grave. I expected 6 months NOT ALMOST 2 yrs. WELL It didn't get ordered till April of 2015(I am guessing because I called) and Delivered in May 2015. I was told in April that the marker was placed. I was lied to....I went to cemetary on DEC. 24TH 2016 and IT STILL WASN'T PLACED!!!!
I called The Funeral Home and spoke my peace, got a call back Tuesday the 27th, was told he will go place marker on Wed. I called again on This morning and Gentleman said I am Sorry I FORGOT I will go place the marker today... So Talk ABOUT BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!
