Great customer service, everyone I've talked to has been very polite. However, I will never order any kind of furniture or recommend them to anyone. They said 12 days. It took almost 30 days to come in.
Almost eight weeks ago I ordered my daughter a baby bed and was told it would be 3 to four weeks and it would be in. My daughter is due for her baby in four weeks and we have no baby bed. Everytime I call I get a different story. First it was shipped, then it was we were having problems with the manufacturer. As of yesterday, August 18, 2009 it will be not next week but the next week and it will be in. I was offered a baby bed for her to USE until her bed comes in. If this were your first child would you want to use a baby bed and not have your nursery set up? What a disappointment for my child.
