Only has nurse practitioners... no actual dorctors...

I had to wait to be seen between 2 and 4 hours, which was inconvenient to me. I began to complain, I was taken into a room. The office manager told me they had emergency and I said I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes to see someone. If there was a wait the front desk will give me the option to reschedule or I can see someone else that day. The office manager told me she have private insurance and she has waited 4 hours before, I told her she was lying bc I’ve had private insurance for over 20yrs and never had to wait more than 30 minutes. She was rude and she talked over me as I sat in the chair like i didn’t matter. Chenika Clark has a communication problem. I told her I have a hemorrhoid, she prescribed me external medication, I was pissed. I went back to her because I was constipated, she gave me a liquid that was a sugar solution and she knew I was trying to loose weight. The constipation was so bad that it caused my rectum to bleed a lot which caused the hemorrhoid to flare up and it smells really bad. When I saw her again I complained about the hemorrhoid and how my rectum was bleeding, I was sore, she shoved her finger up my rectum with force, she took her gloves off and said I didn’t have a hemorrhoid and left out the room. She prescribed me meds to soften my stool and last but not least I told her my panties smelled like urine but my panties were dry, I asked if I can see an urologist. She made me pee in a cup to see if I had a UTI, I told her I didn’t but she made me do it anyway and it was negative. I said will you send me to a urologist, she told me I had an overactive bladder. I said I don’t have an overactive bladder, she prescribed me medication. CVS filled the prescription after I picked it up, they sent me a text and said I needed to go on the app and look at the new medication. 3 out of 4 medications interacted with my psych meds. I went back to the next appointment. I told her you didn’t look up the side effects or what interacts with my psych meds. She told me they don’t do that I was shocked. One caused you to go into deep depression and the other cause your to beat fast which, would cause me to go back into atrial fibrillation. She then asked why was I there, I said bc you schedule me to be here. I told her there’s a communication problem, you don’t listen to me and you don’t check my meds to see what interacts with my psych meds. I could have gone into a deep depression and killed myself. I called my insurance company and told them everything I went through and asked if I could change NP, she said what happened to me was wrong and asked if I want to file an agrievance, I said yes. The insurance company switch my PCP. I received a rude call from the office manager at DCS Family Health Clinic. She asked if I called the insurance company I said yes, she said I was not welcome back to there clinic, I hung the phone up. I already switch NP. I saw her, I told her my problems, she scheduled my appointment with someone to check my hemorrhoid and sent my referral to the urologist and added another medication for my Gerd. This was done in less than a week. I’ve tried to get Chenika Clark to do this for a year. The office manager sent me a letter basically saying I lied on them and didn’t follow prescribed treatment plan. I’ve never experienced this type of treatment before ever, that clinic needs to be closed.

Nurse practitioner clarke was so rude!!! Went there for certain things and she didn't help any of them. I won't be going back!!! Make me sit there all that time to not help me!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Dr Clark is the most ruddest Dr I have ever been seen by. I waited an hour in the waiting room and another hour in the back room all to be told that bc it's my first visit the Dr will only address one of my complaints. I will not be returning to the facility

Great Clinic with Friendly Staff. Clinic is very clean and service is very timely. If i could give it 10 stars i would!!
