I will never go to another insurance company, as a former Geico customer. I am the mother/wife of a young family, and Allstate has done everything to help our financial wellbeing along with our comfort in purchasing the best insurance. This has been far from only a financial experience, but has became a great personal experience.
Extremely disappointed in the service that I have received from Allstate. I had to cancel my homeowner's policy, 2 auto policies and 1 $1,000,000 umbrella policy today after I realized that I no longer felt like I was in good hands. It is very frustrating.
