For a almost 20 years I have had severe back, rotator cuff, shoulder & arm pain/problems. I am glad that a friend recommended O2 Physical Therapy. For the first time in Hammond, I found a facility that meets all my expectations - very clean & well kept, calm & comfortable, and most important the therapists are very personable, patient and they care about me. They genuinely want to help me get better. So far, my visits include a good muscle/tissue massage, therapeutic electrode/muscular stimulation, heat massage, hot& cold treatment, and exercises - it feels good. It's like being at a spa. With a thoughtful course of treatment & massage, Miss Karen has brought me relief from constant pain...but I know that more work is needed. The workers at O2 really listen and care - so i feel that we are a team. I trust in them to do the right things, even if it means more work for them. For the first time, I feel positive and hopeful.
