Nice and super clean facility with lots of great information. This being our first time to Louisiana the lady helping us was simply amazing. She gave us lot of information on things to do based on our likes and interests. She went out of her way to look up festivals and events going on down in New Orleans and print the info out for us. Top notch employee right there, just wish I could have caught her name.

We've been to Hammond, Louisiana, to judge the BBQ Contest for the last two years, and we've stopped here for maps, information, bottles of water (how nice), and last year, they even stuck some gumbo seasoning in our bag! The woman we've talked to has been so helpful and friendly. We'll be stopping in again in March. This is a seriously well-organized hospitable visitors' center!
