Safelite is literally the worst!!!!! They're so inconvenient, they can never get to you any sooner that 3 days when you call. I have a newborn like, I can't be driving around with a loud wrap on my door or even worst, with no window for 4 days. And all they say is I'm so sorry dahdahfahdablablablah. If you need a window or windshield replaced, call somewhere else. Guaranteed you'll find someone cheaper and quicker.
Terrible experience, my wife was driving our 2017 Jeep Wrangler on I-12, got a basic rock chip, called Geico our insurance and she was directed to the Sears parking lot by Hammond Square Mall. Upon arrival tge technician said it would be an easy fix, minutes later he returned where he informed my wife the entire windshield is cracked. It's going to cost me $420 to replace the window now. Thanks Safelite Autoglass, truest professionals.... SMH go to Shermans or Phares Glass leave Safelite alone!
