found my max curl from sears i love sears
Called Sears inHammond, Louisiana to ask about replacement part for my wife's vacuum cleaner...was transferred to the appliance department and sat there on hold for seven minutes before I hung up. I called back and was transferred again to the appliances department where I waited on hold for another seven minutes and never spoke to anyone. It is apparent why Sears is probably going to be out of business within a couple of years. Customer service is nonexistent at least at the Hammond, Louisiana store. The products I had bought there over the years such as Kenmore and Craftsman have all been very good quality and reliable. But, how the store is run is pathetic. I cannot recommend that anyone shop there if they need assistance. If you know what you want and it's in the store, then I guess you can go ahead and buy it, provided you can get anyone to check you out at the register. Good luck
The product so good customer service is excellent. I have been dealing with them since 2013 and have not been disappointed yet.
On 11/10/17 at 11:57 A.M. my husband and I drove from Slidell to have a new Battery installed. The Battery was purchased on line and we paid to have it installed. The total cost was $148.26. After the battery was put in, My husband asked if the hold-down was secure and if he made sure to install the vent hookup on the battery. The installer/Mechanic said YES. My husband checked the installation today 11/30/17 ( just to make sure ) and found the Battery was in fact secure but, the vent hose was not connected and the red plastic cap for the positive terminal was also left off. These items are installed for a reason both safety and to keep the battery from shorting out on the seat bottom. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
How is it always a two hour wait for a oil change and there is no vehicles in any of the stalls, except one and its not being worked on? There is four people just standing around talking. Went inside, after being told about the wait for about a hour shopping came out and still no cars in the shop. You wonder why this Sears is on the cusp of closing. Also, one register open with about 6 people in line waiting..
