After requesting negotiation about a property the agent basically told me I was wasting his time because it wasn't what was requested at the time or viewing and refused to re-show the property.
Horrible customer service. This agent should not be able to even practice corporate realty. The agent first cancelled my first appointment because he had a "boot on his car". Upon rescheduling and showing the property, the agent knew nothing about the property or the amenities that went along with it. The way he greeted me in all forms of communication was very cold and unprofessional.
I will never do business with this agency, Bobby Talbot, or Robert Talbot!
