Zero if I could. They acted negligently in our home purchase and violated their duty. The agent failed in a number of areas resulting in: breach of duty, duty of care, breach of contract, and criminal negligence. The problem with the 800lb gorilla is the 800lb arrogantly knows its the 800 lb gorilla. I'm taking applications from interested attorneys to sue for negligence and fraud (I have documented proof) Folks, take your business to the hungry agents, not the cocky brokers who think they're too big to fail and desperately want your hard-earned money.
