I went into boost mobile on 1040 Roma Avenue, and the service that was provided to assist me was extraordinary. Elizabeth was the teller and she was very polite to me. Elizabeth greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful and willing. My experience with boost mobile is one to remember and i'd like to applaud the boost mobile team.
I brought my phone up there to be repaired and you guys told me you would call me to tell me when to pick it up and you never did...
They were very helpful and made sure I was happy when I left I'm not gonna go to any other boost store but this one best in town!!!
I was told to come get my iphone 5s in 2 hours I went there and the place was closed and wouldnt let me in to pick up my phone even though other people were there
