the ladies in grooming were so friendly and helpful! i will be bringing my fur baby to them as soon as shes old enough to be groomed

Tried calling them to find out if they knew of any local places for service dog training, first call went unanswered, kinda. The call got clicked on, but nobody was there on the phone. I could just hear folks in the background. Second time I called, the girl was rude and ignorant. When I asked if she (meaning the store itself, per-say) knew of somewhere in he area that offered service training for dogs, she just said "no, I don't", didn't even offer to send me to someone in the store that might possibly know. I had to pull that out of her. Asked if there was a manager or possibly someone else that worked there that might have knowledge of this. She got rude and said "ugh, I'll see, hold on" and then I'm out on hold. Endlessly. It clicked over to ring again after being in hold for so long and then just kept on ringing. No answer. I don't recommend this store if you want knowledgeable customer service of pets. Seems like they only hire young girly nitwits. IMO
