Had the truck I needed got in out to the truck in under 5 minutes. Truck was nice and clean and the service was out standing
Customer service there is horrible. I only called to get quotes the guy was pressuring me into making a reservation quickly and I wasn't sure at that moment if my husband and I wanted to get the rental or not. I told the guy if the rental was available in the next 15 minutes when my husband arrived then we would possibly get it. If the rental wasn't available in the next few minutes then we would wait and the guy immediately hung up in my face! If I really didn't need the rental I surely wouldn't deal with this location. Poor customer service!
Absolutely the worst service. Attendants are rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. It took us over a month to get our refund on a storage they double rented. Imagine pulling up with a loaded truck to your unit with a lock on it. One hour later... no one could help... 5 pm on a Sunday and everyone just disappears leaving you standing there. Multiple phone calls, muliple visits and many many arguments. Find somewhere else or you'll regret it!!! If you don't believe me... just stand in the lobby and watch the rudeness and customer complaints roll in.
Absolutely hated dealing with these people. I moved my furniture into one of there units and saw there was extensive ceiling damage. Asked if it was leaking was told no bone dry. 3 months later went in and had extensive water damage to my furniture and mold. Went through the insurance and the store put me into a new unit...more ceiling damage was told again no water leaks. Trying to get a truck to move out and set a appointment for a 17 ft truck they had none so put me in a 15 foot they called me the next morning and said the vehicle you requested will not be available for 4 hours after I scheduled it and was told the truck will be waiting for you. PLEASE do not do business with this place they clearly have no idea what they are doing.
Way to expensive and they charge if you want 24 hour access
