This leads me to the worst part. One table also had dead gnats on it, in a puddle of soda. Again, not ONE person decided to clean this up.
Also… The pizza on the buffet was very cold.. I tried a few different ones and they are all a horrible temp..
Hang on… I'm trying to swat at flies.. Ok.. I'm back.. No wait there are more.. Dang.. Trying to text out a review and swat flies, while my arm keep sticking to the table from the old soda from the last customers..
When I go to eat, these are things I expect (as should anyone else)- friendly staff, a clean & safe environment, and decent food. I decided to never go here again.
Think about this.. When you bring an 11yr old boy to an all you can eat pizza place & he only eats 1 slice, that should tell you something..
Well.. Finally I convinced her that the world would not end if she stayed in line with EVERY OTHER CICIS FRANCHISE I HAVE EVER SEEN..
OK… I give up.. I love this franchise but not this location… My advice would be to go anywhere but here..
I never post 1 star reviews.. Let me tell you why I'm giving this place 1 star. The inside of the place is deplorable. We paid $18 for my boyfriend and I to eat dinner there.. There was a table which has soda spilled all over the top of it, which spilled down onto the floor. Not once did one of the employees clean this table or the floor off. This isn't just a safety hazard but its disgusting as well. The manager just sat on his behind at the register not even bothering to do any manual work.
They're under different ownership/management and it's just NOT the same Cici's (Hammond, La) that I've eaten at for years. This place has went down! Very rude teenage girls working there. One of them had a very nasty attitude when I asked her a simple question. Not very clean. Didn't even greet me when I walked in. They, LITERALLY, just stared with VERY UNPLEASANT expressions on their faces. Smh Horrible customer service! Very sad. It was one of my favorite places to eat growing up.
So they make a small "personal" pizza an bring it to us too spilt.. I guess something is better than nothing.. When other guest saw her bring it to me, they all went and put in request.. Clearly stating it was because the entire Buffett was COLD..
I told her that we would eat the whole thing if she would just bring it to us… Or she could just leave it on the buffet and we would come and get it..
Having ran @ CiCi franchise for three years growing up & as a current owner of a different franchise right now, I can safely say that I would fire every single person that works there.. I hope that we owner reads this and invest a little more time in their employee training.. Feel free to email me and I'll be glad to give you some off of record advice..
The lady at the front working the register had no clue what was going on… When I asked her to make a custom pizza for us she was super confused and said she did not think they could do that..
Love this place. The manager is friendly and the bus boy is always the first to greet you when you come through the door. Watch out if you have toddlers though, they are supposed to eat free here but the manager usually charges you for a drink for them anyway even if you brought an outside drink.
Employees are nasty they wanted me and my family to clean the table. Food was horrible!!!!!!!!!!
