Overall, we did not mind the cost of the visit, but you need MORE servers! Perhaps you may consider scratching Wesnesday night Karaoke, and investing that into some help on your floor.
3) My wife and 1 live about 5 miles away and this was our 1st visit in a year. Last time that we came in, we paid for EMPTY crabs! This time they were "Tip-Top!" But MUCH is to be said for consistency....or the lack thereof!

1) Karaoke Wednesday - Friday?!?! A little extreme.
2) Featured boiled seafood as special on a Friday night (crabs, crawfish and shrimp). Only 1 server working the floor?!?! The service...that we got, was fair, but come on! 1 server?!?!
Don't, just don't. First of all it flooded and the place is not clean. Ceiling tiles look like they are about to fall on the floor. 2nd, Hot sausage poboy was 2 breakfast sausage patties (OMG) 3rd, 2 poboys, onion ring and 2 drinks ($35.00) OMG again.
Atmosphere warn and welcoming...I had the lunch special, jambalaya, not good gummy....drink not good....Tom colling tasted like sweet soda water.
My mom loves doing karoke there food is good like that it's KID FRIENDLY
