If you have an appt after 12 noon then expect to wait an extra hour to be seen. When you need refills on your prescription good luck if they get it right, last 3 routine appt they never refilled my scripts, I had to phone them 3 Times last appt to get it right. If you need a preauthorization on a medication that is another whole ball of trouble. It should only take 4-5 days but they sit on the paperwork and blame it on the insurance company, so far it has been 3 weeks and no Approval yet. I really like Dr. Gilbreath but I am getting more and more frustrated with the run around on medication refills, I don’t want to leave but the thought is crossing my mind more and more after every screwed up appt
