If I could have given zero stars then I most certainly would have!! My husband (new patient) was asked to give them his credit card numbers upon filling out paperwork. When the staff was asked why the explanation given was that it was their policy & that whatever balance is left that insurance may not pay they would charge his card. Um no that's not gonna happen. You can send me a bill then I would gladly pay whatever balance if any at all & prefer not to just take you at your word that I owe for something then allow you to just take it out of my account. You just lost a patient for this policy & i am pretty sure he isn't the only one.
In all, just a horrific practice. Don’t go here for your medical concerns. Stay away— your finances and your sanity will be in better shape somewhere else.
If you want to still book, the only kind-hearted, true medical physician who will spend more time with you working here is Maggie Smith, a RN.
The staff who work this space, including the doctors, are unbearably rude. This “medical facility” is unlike anywhere I’ve been to for my health concerns. You are essentially herded like cattle to any various doctor, and because the doctors here like to “double-book,” expect your appointment to lack any true sense of quality. They book patients for 15 minute slots, and it seems this practice is more concerned over quantity of patients seen a day than quality of patient care. They just want your money.
Expect your doctor to walk out of the room randomly after 10 minutes, and not return. If you ask questions and want an extra 5 minutes with the doctor, the nurses will literally force you to leave and pay for another appointment the next day! Malpractice is written all over this place.
This Dr will not listen to your problems. He will put you on medications you don't even need. He will try to put you on medication that is crazy expensive and when you call in to ask them to change it be prepared to wait for 2 days just to have them tell you to make another appointment. The wait time is horrible. I wish I could have given zero stars
The doctor we see is a great diagnostitian. Also has great bedside manner. If that was all it took to be a good doctor it would be great. Doctor mentions that this script and this test will be ordered. Scripts are always sent to the wrong pharmacy despite them asking every time which pharmacy. Tests aren't even ordered. Then there is usually no follow up labs on meds where there should be. The ladies that work front desk are usually rude. I witnessed one on the phone with a patient, heard her say, "hold on let me check on that", she put the person on hold and started filing her nails! Saw me standing there waiting and wrote out a school slip for my child. I never did see her pick up the phone again. Needless to say, I'm done dealing with this office.
If you go into detail about an unknown ailment you’re concerned over, expect to be brushed off, and even laughed at, by the doctors here. Don’t take it personally. They only want simple cases, and will listen to your health concerns for ~3 minutes.
The staff was exceptionally nice and catered to all of my needs. I saw Dr. Gaudin and she was amazing and really showed she cared about my needs. Even gave me a hug when I broke down crying about my situation. I will continue to go here for my medical needs. It's always nice to know someone cares.
