Absolutely horrible. Why make an appointment to wait hours???(every time)
The staff is very efficient and effective. Mrs. Kristi is the best. She makes you feel special. Like you are one of her own kids, great doctor
Doctors are good but the wait time is ridiculous, you might get seen 50 mins after your appointment time. Every visit.
I scheduled an appointment for my newborn and had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen.
I would've left no stars but you cannot comment without putting one star This office has the most rude stuff I have ever encountered in my life and they don't care about anyone especially the children's needs or issues! Every time I would call I would have an issue with the telling me this or that doc was only available at this or that time (which would be before 11am) most the time and it wasn't true they would tell me the only bc they wanted me to schedule at their demands! The doctors are always taking off and barely in the office and the office staff literally acts like they are the doctors . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially kids ! We had many other issues with this facility also !
