Worst at&t experience. Me n my bf were here for an hour to simply exchange a watch ⌚️ the management was awful they seemed to be ignoring us from the time we walked in. There was a new hire and 3 other workers there and the manager and the 2 others just sat at a table and talked the whole time we were waiting to be seen. The new hire was handling a customer . We asked for the manager to come speak with us she openly refused. I will not be going back to this location for a while.
Store is large, but not enough seating or customer service reps. Waited nearly 45 minutes to get a replacement sim card!
Up graded phones and we was mislead when the bill came it was extremely high. After 5 visits got a Tec that was really helpful and She worked to correct the error.Just had to stay after it.
Very pleasant place. All staff friendly and courteous.
Limited accessory selection. They could not solve the problem I had even after I spent 600$
