Jordan did an amazing job assisting me with my iPhone. He was very persistent in helping me find a fix as quick as possible.
Worst experience ever. Wasted an hour of my time when this should have taken 5 minutes (even an employee stated that it should have only taken 5 minutes). I was given a loner phone that did not work. I returned to the store and they couldn't provide me with a working phone after waiting over an hour. I do not know how this place is called an authorized apple repair site.
went here for service- awful, had to deal with a Daniel that didn't know what their Apple support services covered. asked questions about if my mac would be covered if I purchased an apple care warranty and it went from yes, to no to maybe , then I don't know. called back on a Monday to follow-up and he still was clueless. asked to speak to his manager , was on-hold , then got hung-up on. don't waste your time with these people if you want professional I.T. service
Excellent company! They gave the answers I needed, not the ones that made them a heafty profit. Customer building is a lot better than a quick buck. I'll return there in the future and send all my friends!
