My wife purchased a new stereo head unit and 4 speakers for my truck for our anniversary. I felt like I could do it myself but with the plastic door panels these days its easy to break one so I ask them if they could install it and they told me sure no problem. I had everything I needed for the install including wiring.

Do not do business with these people.
Do not use these people they are liars and thieves.
Sold me garbage components. Very pushy sales guy. Thinks he knows everything. Full of crap. I would spend my money elsewhere next time. Never had bad luck with music express. They fixed me right up with quality components at a fair price.
1. The owner told me the wiring harness I had would not work and insisted I buy one from him for $190.00 After about 10 minutes of arguing I told him to just install it anyway.
THIEVES!! LIARS!! DO NOT USE THEM!! I paid hundreds of dollars for a new radio with installation. They told me my front speakers weren't working, so I went to Best Buy to buy speakers and have them installed. What they found is that the radio that S&M "installed" was not hooked up to anything, but the wires were just dangling there. I almost didn't believe it, but I saw it with my own 2 eyes. S&M- TOTALLY DISHONEST! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

5. The system sounded really noisy so I asked him to check it and he said he may have wired the speakers backwards. REALLY!
By this time I was furious and told them to stop and to step away from my truck. I put my old broken panels in my back seat and drove off.
6. When they put the passenger’s side door panel back on they drilled through the wiring harness for the power window and ruined it.
7. After removing the panels again to check the wiring I realized the damage they had done to the panels and that they used a dremmel tool and wood screws to mount the speakers.
8. Had to replace the front panels they drilled into and repair the rest.
Phoney warranties. No real knowledge about audio. Sold me a radio for $400 That did not work. Before purchase swore on best warranty after head unit does not work proceeds to tell me no returns and only warranty that i have is threw pioneer he can't help me.
3. After returning to pick up my truck they showed me were the had drilled holes in my doors to make the speakers fit. Who does this without asking?
4. 8 out of 10 door panels they removed they broke the clips on. My door panels were barely hanging on and the dash is cracked and warped.
Rather than try to take them to small claims court to reclaim the $200 for the install plus the cost of the panels I had to replace $80 I have chosen to post a negative review instead.
I went here for two simple things, a set of 6x8 speakers and a amp, the boy rang up a set of kicker 200 amp 6x8s and said they were 170 dollars. Now before I went there I priced the same speakers at walmart, there they are 0nly 70 dollars. Now what kind of person does this.... A thief. The amp I looked at there was also 170 dollars, again I price checked before I went, the amp I looked at was at best buy also and was 70 dollars also. These people are thiefs and will lie to you, do not buy from them. I have delt with them before and they lied to me then about some expensive wiring harness that I had to have so the damn door would chime, I asked him then was it nessisary and he said of course, beware of these liars and thiefs.
2. The job should have taken no more than an hour and it took 3 hrs.
