Went in to have my sons phone waterproofed! I had a meeting about a mile away! The service tech was friendly,courteous and very knowledgeable! I left the phone came back in 30 minutes and it was done! Best of all I was expecting to pay $70 and it was only $50! Would highly recommend this location of In and Out phone repair
What a waste of my time.
12/9 - I came in again and the staff informed me that they did receive some packages that day but my battery was not in there. They blamed it on the shipping company and the snow, however, if it was overnighted on the 7th I would imagine it would show up with all of the other packages on the 9th.
12/13 - I show up again expecting for the battery to be there after another 4 days. The staff is looking for the battery and trying to contact the shipping company and the tracking order, however, it is nowhere to be found. The staff finally informs me that the person who was supposed to order it on the 7th actually never placed the order.
I went here to get my phone fixed and I can honestly say I would never use another phone repair store! The service was super quick and efficient and their customer service was perfect. Their team is very kind and super accommodating. Thanks Bray!!!
12/7 - I came in and ordered a new battery for my phone. I even paid the extra $30 to have it overnighted.
I'm sure they do a great time most of the time but I had a terrible experience.
12/8 - I tried coming in but the store was closed due to some snow. Coming from Denver, a few inches was comical.
Top-notch customer service! They did a great job repairing my iPhone. I highly recommend them!
Super awesome staff in a great atmosphere! As soon as you walk in there's no confusion at all as to where everything is. Quick service that's very trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to anyone. (They also did a great job with my tempered glass replacement!)
