My room was clean and comfortable, but there were a lot of small problems that made it an overall unpleasant stay.
Great and friendly place. Very clean and well maintained. Willing to help with price and anything needed.
Had to change rooms due to broken a/c which was a minor inconvenience. One star is because there are no coffee or coffee pots in either of the two rooms we rented. It's early AM and the front doors to the lobby are locked up so we can't get any from there. Attendant answered phone and said no coffee available until 6:00 am. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're a traveler or on a business trip unless your day starts AFTER 6:00 am.
I would NOT recommend anyone booking this hotel.
Shower- has a shower head that you must literally hug the wall to get wet. There is plenty of pressure on the faucet, but the water saver disc in that shower head must be a "pin-hole".. Overall, my stay was safe, and somewhat comfortable. I would stay there again if I NEEDED to.
Very clean, bed was so comfortable. HOT HOT water in the shower felt so good after a long day of driving. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Television- Non working remote and only 1 Channel could be accessed from buttons on set.
Guest Info. binder says breakfast served in room 138 poolside at 6:30. Going there, a paper on the window redirects guest to lobby, and breakfast starting at a later time.
We were stuck on the road in the winter storm, Benji . The power went out for several hours, which they had no control over. We ended up stuck there for 2 days. We asked for blankets and they said they had none. They sent their house cleaning staff home when the power went out, so no one serviced our room. When we paid for the second day we asked for clean towels and toilet paper. (There was 4 of us in our room.) They handed us one roll of toilet paper and 3 towels. I asked for another towel and they said they were only allowed to have 3 towels per room. The lady was very nasty when she said this. However, she did finally give me a fourth towel.
