Wonderful stay. Very comfortable, modern and clean . Nice pool area with great siting and in the morning freash breakfast.
I feel if the owners are going to be that cheap, at least make the hotel smell and look better. I can honestly say I will never stay there again, unless I am very desperate.
My room had a wet smell in it. The bathroom had no hot water. The shower head was rusted and brown. The bed was hard as a rock. I felt like i was sleeping on the floor.The really sad thing is the hospital blankets. No comforters, just hospital blankets. Let's be honest, why would anyone want to pay over a $100 for a hotel with hospital blankets. Horrible!!!The light fixtures were rusted and broken.
I was very disappointed in this hotel. The front desk staff was great, i really must say. However, for the money its not worth the stay.
wonderful hotel. nice clean n refreshing room. super breakfast with adequate manu. clean lobby. pieceful n quite living no noise as its located to good area. excellen location as mall n restuarant n free ways are very closeby. staff are cooperative n helpful.
Just went in to use the conference room for a professional event. The lobby and bathrooms were clean and presentable. However, their conference room was relatively small and didn't seem to have adequate A/C.
The staff has been very accommodating during our evacuation for a hurricane in Florida. They have been more than accepting of our pets which is greatly appreciated. The walls are a little thin as last night I could hear the person above us snoring. I wish the bed had more of a comforter, but it seems more like a sheet. Pillows aren't very comfortable, but again, they acommodated our pets and that is the most important given our circumstances and the price we are paying. I appreciate the mini fridge and microwave available and the variety of items provided for free during breakfast.
