I pre-booked a couple of weeks ahead of time, when I arrived they told me there were some damage to 3 or 4 of the rooms and mine was one of them. Tried to send me to their sister hotel 30 miles away. I watched them check people in while I was on the phone with my company travel agency to find another closer room, when asked what was going on they stated when you pre-book your room is automatically selected and they cannot change it. Called the corporate office and no help there either. Will never stay at a Courtyard again!
The WORST!!! The staff is not very friendly or helpful. The key card never worked even when you follow directions. No microwave in the room. Shower never properly drained.They NEVER cleaned the room the two weeks I was there. I talked to staff about my issues and the blame was always passed on to the general manager. The only bright spot is when I got to check out. (Side note: was here on business; company paid).
Modern touches make these rooms not only functional but attractive. We rented two rooms fur the night on our way home from Florida to Texas, and all agreed that they were Very comfortable. The price was good too, so we rented two rooms instead of cramming into one. The hotel is about a mile off I12, so it was quiet. There are gas stations and some fast food nearby.
Clean and comfortable room. Front desk people were wonderful repeatedly. Great price. Bistro food and drinks were great.
The worst place ever. Black mold everywhere. We got sent to 2nd room and the a/c didn't work. I left and I still had to pay. My health and my wife's health is more important. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn was wonderful!! Very clean!
